The Idea
The idea for Arctico was born when we noticed that there weren’t any products that helped retained temperature efficiently and wasn’t a giant, hard to hold, lumbersome thermal travelling mug. Tired of having coffee that cooled down too quickly, or diluted drinks from melting ice-cubes, we took it to our own hands to design and bring in drinkware that was easy to drink from, easy to hold, easy to clean and simply looks great.
How long does shipping take?
We generally take 1-2 days to dispatch your order, and will ship your order via Australia Post Parcel. Australia Post typically takes from 2 to 6 business days, depending on where you are.
How can I track my order?
We know you'll be excited to use our Arctico products, and once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with all of the relevant tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only service the Australian market. As long as you have an Australian Postal Address, we'll be able to ship it to you.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
As we're shipping mainly small to medium sized parcels via Australia Post, we can ship to your PO Box.
My Delivery is late or missing
We understand it can be frustrating to have a late delivery, but before you do anything, contact us immediately so we can get in touch with our courier service to fast-track your delivery for you. We're always here to help.

How long is the warranty on your products?
All of our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Coloured surfaces are not covered as they are considered consumables and will experience general wear and tear.
I've changed my mind
We offer 30 days returns if you've simply changed your mind or aren't loving the colour. As long as the product is un-used, in new condition and back in it's original packaging, you'll qualify for a return. Send us an email at support@arctico.com.au and we'll run you through the steps of the return.
